#50 - Drivers Answer Drivers

This week on the Liquid Trucking Podcast, we're letting drivers answer drivers. This week on the Liquid Trucking Podcast, we’re showcasing a driver suggested episode.  Liquid Driver Damon Maravilla will join the show to pose the question: How do you seasoned vet drivers prepare for winter?  We’ll welcome Liquid’s longest tenured drivers Polar Bear and Dan Pijenowski to answer that question, among many others.  Dan and PB give a lot of good advice, as they’ve seen it all, so grab your tire chains and your kitty litter and buckle up!

This week on the Liquid Trucking podcast, we’re welcoming a guest that is, in Jason Eisenman’s words, “Just awesome!”  Tim Hindes, co-founder of Stay Metrics and Project Manager for Tenstreet will join us for a chat about his experience over the years and the lessons he’s learned about company culture and driver retention.  Tim has worked as a driver, dispatcher, customer service specialist, and salesman, so he has a unique perspective on the industry we all call home.

#41 - Driver Feedback: Management Responds
